Information for the individual about the processing of their personal data
I hereby inform you that the data controller – P.P.U.H. “KOS” Stanisław Kos, with its registered office in Koło, at ul. Toruńska 222, 62-600 Koło, carries out operations involving the processing of your personal data. At the same time, I inform you that:
1. The purpose of processing your personal data is the handling and execution of orders as well as accounting and tax settlements, based on Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR.
2. Your personal data is or may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:
a) entities and authorities authorized to receive data on the basis of legal regulations,
b) service providers supplying the Controller with technical and organizational solutions enabling the management of the Controller’s organization (in particular courier and postal companies, IT service providers),
c) providers of legal and advisory services and entities supporting the Controller in pursuing claims,
d) other entities providing services to the Controller or entities to whom the Controller has entrusted data processing under a contract.
3. Providing your data is necessary to conclude a contract. If you refuse to provide your personal data to the Controller, it will be impossible to conclude or perform the contract.
In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Controller, you have the right to request from the Controller access to your personal data, rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, to object to processing, to data portability, to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office), and to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any stage.
A) Your personal data is not processed using automated decision-making systems, including profiling.
B) Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for 5 years after its completion, due to the legal obligation to retain documentation for potential tax inspections.
